Stephenson Equipment holds first Executive Customer Advisory Board meeting on February 11, 2011

SEI nominated 8 customers from Central Pennsylvania to serve on a customer advisory board. The purpose of this board is to provide insight to SEI for customer needs for services, market trends, equipment challenges and job requirements.
VT LeeBoy was also represented at this board meeting. SEI and LeeBoy posed an agenda of questions to the board to provide guidance for both companies.
Some of the topics included how to best communicate with our customers, economic forecast for 2011/2012 and changes in the customers’ business models with economy and market changes. The advisory board also offered the need for further operator and safety training to be offered by SEI and LeeBoy. The board discussed equipment concerns, financing challenges and the continued reliance on sales reps to provide the conduit between dealer, manufacturer and customer.
The board meeting was concluded with a facility tour and SEI closed by thanking all its board members for its input.
