Certification Overview
The Lift Director training class for the CCO Lift Director Certification is four days of comprehensive training with the written exams administered in the AM on the fifth day. The training covers topics such as: Roles, Responsibilities, and Qualifications; Rigging; Crane Signals; Site Safety; how to calculate weights of materials and multiple crane lifts; how to review and verification of lift plans; and how to calculate where the center of gravity is in a load.
